SIG P225
The SIG P225 is a compact 9 mm semi-automatic pistol. This pistol was widely used by European police forces in Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland with over half a million manufactured. The P225 has a simple single stack eight round magazine. In the US the weapon is marketed as a back up or concealed carry weapon although it was not designed for this use.
The P225 is very accurate and known for smooth action that is not known for jamming. The compact pistol is just over seven inches in length and just under 30 ounce in weight when empty. To the serious gun collector this is an important design to have in a collection and retails for around $400.
